How it is made
Cell-cast, not extruded.
Extruded sheet is pushed through a die in minutes. We pour between glass and let it cure slowly. It costs more, and it is why our sheet machines clean.

MMA intake
Methyl methacrylate monomer arrives and is checked for water clarity before mixing.

Colour & pearl dosing
Pigment, pearl essence or Jari flake goes into the liquid — colour runs through, not over.
- 03
Cell assembly
Two glass plates and a flexible gasket are clamped to the target gauge.
- 04
Water-bath cure
Slow polymerisation in a heated bath. This is where MOP crackle forms.
- 05
Demould, mask & cut
Sheets are stripped, masked both faces and cut to size. Off-cuts are sold on.

Our factory
Thirty-one years on one plot.
Trimbak Plastic Industries has cast acrylic at Plot 18, Phase 3, STICE Musalgaon since 1994. A sole proprietorship of eleven to twenty-five people, led by Karan Singh. The garlands over the shutter go up every Diwali.
We are not the largest acrylic maker in Maharashtra and have never claimed to be. What we have is three decades of knowing how a pearl sheet behaves in a water bath in Nashik heat.
